Just contact Sky - Sky Talk Freetime and Sky Talk Unlimited are both CPS packages too - so they will do the necessary informing of TT (to terminate your involvement with them) and BT (to have the exchange reprogrammed).

About 2 weeks later, you should be on Sky Talk.

hi hope you can leave them clowns as when I tryed to leave they done everything in their power to stop me ,then ,and take this as a warning as I have had it happen to me ,when you stop their phone service you cant check your bill as it will say you are disconnected so you will not know what your last bill will be and make sure you cancel you DD as they love taking out money thats not theirs. Also they didnt send a final bill but did send a letter saying I owed xxxx and if it was not paid in 4 days from date of letter they would pass the debt to a recovery firm, letter came on a Thursday so I didnt have much time to get them a cheque ,but I did and the last laugh was on them as I will keep tell people how these clowns work.As for sky talk I have moved to them and have found it to be a lot cheaper and a lot more hassle free ,sorry to be the bearer of bad news but you need to be warned
