o2 MMS Online
hi i have been sent a MMS but every time i try to get it it says service unavalible (my phone dosnt work properley) i found this on the o2 site
http://mediamessaging.o2.co.uk/mms2l...ef=.login.page where it says you can get it online but i wasnt sent a pin or anything. is there any other way i can get it online? |

Not usre about the online side of things, but in the meantime you need to call o2 and tell them to activate mms & gprs.

cheers i thought they had because GPRS already works
![]() my mate has got his file on pc now anyway that he tried to send me (he hasnt got a cable and wanted me to email it to him once i got it off my phone). thanks anyway will phone o2 in the morning Cheers zack |

Most networks require 2 different 'switches at their end'. 1 GPRS & 1 MMS. |

You could try updating the MMS settings yourself, just send a text with the word ACTIVE to 2020 (it's free) and O2 send the latest GPRS & MMS settings to your mobile.
