Where are you downloading from?

Level(3) in London (who Homechoice peer with for most of their traffic) are having a few issues at the moment.

Tried downloading something from within the homechoice network?

My speeds have become noticably slower over the last month or so. Time to go me thinks.

Over the last few days I've been suffering picture freezes on TV, and slower internet speeds, and bandwidth hungry web pages and downloads cause the TV to stutter and pixilate.... tech support can't seem to do anything about it, and this is after 3 trouble-free years.

Yeah, I was downloading a 1.1Gb file last night and it just kept on interrupting. Had to unplug and plug in the router on numerous occasions - been happening for a few months that.

Whilst the file was downloading the TV was unwatchable.

Nah, Staples Corner.

The TV seized up completely today. Session timed out yesterday morning whilst in the middle of taping and then timed itself back in.

Completely unreliable.

A long call to customer care had my problems resolved, with my profile being updated.
