Kwame's OK, but he might sound good because the others are so terrible!

His voice is a bit affected I think, bit false. But he's the only one who can hold a tune!

I think thats the point isnt it?, none of them can sing. Although, Kwame isnt too bad and he was easily the best of the bunch.
Vocally I thought Ruby was the worst, followed by Fern and Jo. However, its comic relief, so the talent aspect imo is'nt to be taken too seriously, so Fern Cotton gets my vote cos shes easy on the eye, and I like her manner. Jo Brand also gets it because I really like her sense of humour.

To be honest his performance was good (he was the best singer ), but a bit dull imo. The best version of this song Ive ever heard is Will Youngs performance of it on 'Pop idol'. quite brilliant.

Kwame can sing, and has a beautiful tone to his... It's silly to think he can't. It'll be interesting to see what else he can come up with.

The others? Well, no, they can't. But David Grant said something important to Ruby tonight... "There's a lot good singers out there, not many great entertainers"... She was absolutely hilarious.

I don't know why everyone is worrying so much about who CAN sing in this FA. Come on, it's being done for Comic Relief, and that's all I'm really looking for this week.

I think it would be great if someone like Jo Brand or Ruby Wax walked off with it.

I'd love to see Ruby win. You either love or hate her, and I've always loved her. I don't understand why Louis Theroux got her job, when she does it so much better.

Must admit, I like both of them as well, but didn't think that Ruby took over from Louis. If that's the case, it's a great shame.

No, I just mean the show is similar. I suppose he's good, in an anti Ruby way, as sometimes she does go a bit too far. But she's always been very quick, and has come up with some fantastic insults which the people she's interviewing have completely missed.

The show I used to enjoy watching with her though, was her chat show on BBC 2, when you'd have 3 or 4 celebs sat around a table, just discussing the usual sort of things with each other. It was what you watch these celeb reality TV shows for - only far better because you had Ruby hosting it, and she's obvioulsy willing to ask anything.

Kwame clearly can sing.....He seems to have made a career out of it at some point (unless they were amateur dramatics he was involved in).............I would be suspicious if the most clearly talented one would lose again...but then personality realy matters in shows like this.

Well this morning he was lurching into a bit of a Lemar which was rather worrying.

I dont think the public seem to be voting purely on singing ability.
If that was the case then Poor ole Fearne would have been one of the two up for expulsion. Watching her performace again, I have to admit it was dire in the extreme, very off key. However , she got my vote because I like her manner and shes pleasing to the eye. Probaly a bit of a sympathy vote as well, because she seems a bit out of her depth with all those well known names about her, and I hope she comes out of her shell a bit. My other vote went to Jo Brand, because she just cracks me up every time. I like Ruby and John quite a lot.

But its true that the only one who could actually sing last night was Kwame. Although Doon, today seems quite promising with 'Fever'.

That's what makes it so good. It doesn't matter that most of them can't sing...it's just entertainment. I heard Fearne today and she sounded quite good with just a hint of Sinead. John asked today how long the real FA students had been in there and I think he was impressed when Jeremy said three months

I thought Fearne sounded quite good today as well but I'm sitting watching footage that I recorded earlier and in Jo's lesson Carrie is saying that Fearne is really struggling with her song? Is that to make Jo feel more confident?
