.......... Charity and Emily went to Pat's house???

Well I used to live about 10 mins walk from there.
I haven't been there for like 7 or 8 years now, was a shock to see it on telly.

My gran lives just around the corner from where they filmed it too.

And I must point out, it really isn't that bad of an area!!!!

Well Pat's house might not have been Wharfdale! Is Leeds a bad place to live? You can tell me if it is, I won't mind!

Pat's house was filmed in an area called Redhall, in Whinmoor, which is near Seacroft.

Seacroft is a rough area. Whinmoor isn't too bad. The part where Pat's house was is ok, my step-dad's mum lives just around the corner.

I moved away from that area 11 years ago now. To a place near somewhere called Boston Spa which is close to Wetherby and York.

You remember Emily's dad?
He pulled up in his car and asked me for directions once, though I recognised him from somewhere I couldnt place him untill after he drove off lol

And the local pub I used to goto did a charity walk every year and one year we had the company of Eric Pollard who walked the whole way handcuffed to a poilce woman lol
He's a really nice guy.

Seth also drinks in the same pub.

I dont know what Wharfdale is like as I have never been there myself.

Ive lived in Derby now almost 6 years so I don't get to see any of the Emmerdale cast anymore.

Each place has bad areas and good areas.

I used to work next door the the Leeds training ground also.

And my Mum worked in a fish n chip shop and all the Leeds players used to go in there.

What are Morley and Middleton like in Leeds?

Any bad places in particualar to stay away from?

Morley % Middleton are supposed to be rough area's.

The nice part's of Leeds are the small villages on the outskirts, where I moved to. Which are close to Wetherby, York, Tadcaster, Knaresbrough etc etc.

Sorry I took so long to reply! I didn't know Morley and Middleton were rough! You've shattered my illusions! Ha-ha, no only kidding! I'll have to find somewhere else! I've never been in Leeds but I've heard its cool. Is the city centre old fashioned?

Never mind calling Morley and Middleton rough, cos you don't know where I'm from! I bet you where I am from is 10 times more rough! I hate it, which is why I'm moving away in a few years time!

I am actually English cos my mum is from Southampton, but she moved over here when she was 14, so I was brought up in the dump

I hate 'Norn Iron', and most of all, I hate the dreadful accent! Joanne the nanny from Eastenders is a typical example! I have to admit that there are very few decent people in NI, and I expect the girl who actually plays Joanne is decent. What do you think of the place? You can be truthful cos I will not be offened in any way! In fact if you have anything nice to say about it, son't bother! lol! :yawn: Nah, you can say a few nice things if you want, but I can't think of any!

I can't comment as I have never been, but I would love to go. I have had friends who have been to Ireland and said it was very nice.

I love the Irish accent, very sexy. I also like the Welsh accent too.

Noorthern ireland is a dump. Perhaps you are referring to the Southern Ireland accent? I like it and the Welsh accent, but the Northern Irish accent such as Belfast etc: urrrrrrrghhhhh! You can hardly understand what they are saying!!! I can't wait till I leave!
