BT - Returning Customers
How long does it take to restore a line and an account to a returning customer? By restore I, of course, mean to transfer the line rental from somebody else back to the company?

That all depends if its a WLR, LLU or Cable line that you are coming from. The usual time scale is 10 working days. If however, you are with cable, thats 7 days on a start (i.e. no engeneer's visit needed) or anytime after 7 days whenever the engeneer can get to your property and if he/she has to come to your house to do some work on your line.
