On o2 Online pay monthly (sim only) are you charged for customer service?
It is not clear if it is 20p/min or if it comes out of your inclusive minutes.
Does anybody here have sim only o2 Online pay monthly? Is it good?
Thanks for any help.

I've been told by 02 it comes out of your mins. I'm on a pay monthly tariff but it isn't sim only.

To be honest, o2 have messed me around a lot. They wouldn't let me get off the contract when i insisted i wanted to go on to PAYG. They've also charged me for my texts so as they've upgraded me to 400 txts a month from 100.

It is an 0870 number for Customer service and they are the only netwrok that allow 0870 numbers as part of their inclusive minutes. SO yeh it is part of your bundle.

Yes, I think it is also included in the minutes allowance from what i have read on the subject.

You can compare sim only contracts on this website if your looking to change networks.

You can contact them by dialing 100 or 200 from your handset, not sure if it charged though...

From the below page:

"*Free of Charge calls will have a zero charge applied and won’t diminish your bundle allowance on Pay Monthly plans".

Clear as mud?

They used to include 0870 numbers in your inclusive minutes but i'm afraid that stopped being the case quite a while ago, (other than the ones listed on their website)

Check out the full details on the website.
