T-Mobile owes me £79.99 – and I’m having great difficulty getting it back.

I called T-Mobile and said I wanted to return my phone, I was sent out a silver Royal Mail packet. I put my phone in this, and gave it to my mother to take to Royal Mail.

Now, two months later I’m trying to work how where the phone is, and where my money is.

First time I called T-Mobile a woman said I would have a refund within 14 days, she said the phone had been received. A few weeks later I emailed in and got a call back, I was told the phone had not arrived and therefore I was not getting a refund. The Royal Mail tracking number tells me it arrived at a Royal Mail office – Brinklow.

Does anyone know if the T-Mobile returns office is in Brinklow? Any ideas how I can get my money back?

Thanks for reading!

Sounds like you need to contact the Brinklow Royal Mail depot with your tracking number and any other details you can provide for them.

As far as I'm aware its in Milton Keynes.

When they ordered your packaging you should have had a returns reference number begininning 03002, ring them again and ask them to speak to the handset department for tracing this back they have a system that enables them to do this. Insist on speaking to a manager, or try emailing cust.rel@t-mobile.co.uk they are very good
