How many inputs do you have on your TV? You're probably better daisy-chaining them.

EDIT - tell us the exact inputs/outputs on each of your devices (incl the TV) and someone will give you an ideal setup.

Not cheap but will cater for your needs now and for the future.

7x3 matrix switcher - Supports RGB on 4 of the inputs and digital audio for 3 of inputs.

Automatic or manual via the remote.

The downside is no widescreen switching via pin 8 for Sky. Line 23 is supported for freeview and other digi boxes.

The Holdan only supports RGB on one output. There are loads of options, best as posted above that the exact inputs and outputs are given (and whether they support RGB), and the easiest way is by daisy-chaining.

PS2 ==> STB ==> DVD ==> TV

But if the OP wants to, for example, play PS2 while recording from the STB then he'll need a some sort of switcher or multiple inputs on the TV.

But supports RGB on 4 inputs. Wondering why you have mentioned this. You only find one output on most switchboxes.

I have run through a few variants, RGB viewing/recording via STB/DVD-Freeiew, playing PS2 and recording/viewing VCR/ playing on the PS2, I can't the OP having any problems.
