David

In a week David has gone from not wanting to go to school to wanting to go to school (despite nearly getting strung up a lampost) to not wanting to go to school again (and now preferring to get beat up). Or something. How does one get a job writing this drivel?

Ah, you've obviously not had much experience of teenagers then. They change their mind about things from hour to hour so David's behaviour is not so far from the truth.

(BTW, if you think it's drivel, why watch?)

Staying off school sounds great ... until you've spent a few days stuck in the house with your moaning mom. Not so much fun if you can't go out and spend time with your mates.

I watch in the hope of being entertained; I often am. Nevertheless I find the standard of the writing has disimproved of late. It is often repetitive and see-through which I feel is shoddy as it does not need to be. I think this may be down to the increased incidence of episodes and, if they cannot manage it, why bother?

But hey, it's only a TV programme
