Guess what I phoned tiscali CS this morning. They don't know anything about Tiscali TV! I mean nothing. They were very honest, "We haven't even been trained for it yet!", "So we can't answer any questions about it."

I asked when london customers can add Tiscali TV to their package, they stated "We don't know, should be sometime today maybe, I don't know!".

And HC customers thought their CS was bad, well come to Tiscali CS. My god you will have some fun!
