I thought on the 1st March 2007 Tiscali would be launching their 3 in 1 package of Telephone Line Rental, ADSL and Basic TV for £19.99

I've gone through their website and can't see anything for new customers to sign up to

Has it actually been launched to brand new customers?

Also do you have to be on a Tiscali LU to get it? I checked on various websites and it doesn't indicate Tiscali LU is in my area BUT I'm with Plusnet LLU and I thought they shared their LU with Tiscali ADSL Users?

I know I've been transferred to some kinda LLU cos I was told if I wanted Sky Broadband I'd have to totally disconnect the line first.

Its a very odd set up.

Basically my area is (or should I was!) enabled for homechoice tv etc, but not for Tiscali.
I wanted to join Tiscali for broadband and TV yesterday and when I checked on the homechoice site (which obviously is coming up with Tiscali) and it said I could only get broadband and phone calls?!?!

So... I rung the number on the site and they said that I couldnt get the TV service because it wasnt in my area yet. When I explained that Homechoice was so I assumed that it would be, the man explained that Tiscali are in the process of taking over the homechoice lines and that is why its not coming up yet?!?!

Am I being thick or does this just not make sense at all??!

If they take over a service or a company or whatever, surely they take it all at once rather than slowley over time update their system exchange by exchange?

The prob is that it says NO for both HC and Tiscali on samknows - which seems pretty conclusive as far as you're concerned, no?
