Since when has "being stable" been a yardstick of likeability?

struggling to find the message of support in that post

In answer, I know she's a loon. That's a plus for me
I don't 'love' her, I find her fascinating.
She has been the most entertaining for me and the only 'character' in there.

Tara to win

Nice one Ade Edmondson exactly what I said about Tara being the only one who could make a singer out of any of these series and also the link to Marianne Faithful is spot on.

I like Tara because of her spirit. She has a huge heart and isn't afraid to show it. She decided to give Sue the honeymoon she'd missed coming onto Comic Relief and willingly gave a specially made pair of boots to Tricia who had been admiring them. She isn't afraid to laugh at herself and she is painfully aware of her flaws. How could anyone dislike Tara?

Hear hear!

I can see the Maianne Faithfull connection. I think TPT has a really good voice and far better than the kareke singer she's now up against.

Perhaps TPT can offer Tricia singing lessons when TPT *WINS!* the competition.

Simon Cowell wants to work with her - now that's praise.

I haven't forgotten it, but it's in the past and damaged her. It's not a reason to like her; but it's not a reason to dislike her either.

I'm so glad she has made it to the final, i liked her from day one. I think the public love Tara for her personality and the energy she puts into the performance. Not so much the vocals unless she has the right song choice.

Her 'Boots were made for walking' was an absolute knockout tonight...far better than the first time round

Simon Cowell....eat your heart out

Her vocals are far better than people give her credit for - more often than not it is concentration/confidence that has occasionally let her down but as Craig has said that frailty has also been her strength. I just hope supporters don't give up voting because they see her success as a forgone conclusion.

Don't get me wrong i loved her vocals on Jolene, as you say she has stage fright and the nerves kick in then her vocal suffers.

I thought it was sensational. IMO and I know I am a bit bias, but I thought that performance beat anything Tricia and Shaun did tonight.

I am sure that even if Tara had not got the public votes she would have been saved by the students. Some of them were nearly orgasmic when she was doing the wiggle at the end.

No one can say I have not done my bit for comic relief this year. Its another "hide the phone bill" moment for me coming up

You need to get hubby on side and say that you saved Tara single-handedly well maybe not, that might cause a divorce. Just tell him that one or two of us chipped in a vote or two but it wasn't enough and you had to do the 99% yourself to ensure she won

That would annoy him more. He thinks she is deranged. I tell him thats her appeal He was a "Barry" fan, so a bit of a sore loser if you ask me. He is not a great fan of charity either (miserable git that he is), so hiding it is the only option

I am so pleased Tara is in the final though. My favourites in these shows never do well

I thought Ade was being ironic, wasn't he?

Do they sing different songs tomorrow? I've got to go out so will have to record it.

I have probably added to your suffering then, as I have slated him on the odd occasion. Anyway, same side this time.

Tara fans must not get complacent though, as there may be some random voters tomorrow, with it being part of the main show. Lets add to those phone bills.... its all for charidee folks

No he wasn't - what would have been the point? Just because he often plays the fool that is not to say there is not another side to him that can appreciate someone with an emotive voice. Carrie has also gone on record as saying Tara could have made it as a singer - somehow I doubt she was being ironic either.

I'm so pleased TPT has made the final. She's a real diamond in the rough and deserves to win 100% for all the effort she's put in since day one. If she gets a good night of sleep and has a fresh/awake voice for tomorrow, I can see her beating Tricia off with little trouble.

You don't know anymore than I do. At least, I said I 'thought'. I don't claim to know.

Of course I know that people who play the fool can be serious, thanks. That has no bearing at all on my view that he may have been being ironic.

I am so delighted that she has made it to the final, it would have been very boring to have the two best singers and Shawn was becoming quite tedious and not very pleasant to watch whilst eating my supper..those sweaty armpits and having to endure his attempts to look sexy was just too much!
Tara has much more to her than her eccentric quirkiness, she can definitely sing on a good day and provides first class entertainment, she has a huge heart and spirit and such an endearing childlike quality it is so refreshing to watch her.
Delighted that Trisha got through I've always thought she had the best voice but I would be equally happy for either of these wonderfully talented women to win.
Colin's exit however made my day, I never like him and found him intensely arrogant and aggressive and unbelievably deluded about his vocal ability.
The results of last nghts show were spot on!

I just thought I'd post to say that CFA has totally changed my mind about Tara. I never saw the first series of I'm A Celebrity and therefore had not really seen her for any length of time until now. I used to rather cruelly wonder what the point of her was as she wasn't as singer or an actress etc and I thought she was just famous for being famous. Her manic "I'm Still Standing" the first night didn't change my mind. It was during the progress of the show that she won me over.
Having watched her vulnerability and kindness on this show she has really moved me. That vulnerability comes over in her performances and although she's not a technical singer like some of the others, her performances are far more interesting. Her statement the other day that this was the first time she'd really liked herself almost made me cry.
I really hope she wins. I think she deserves it.

I liked Tara, she always came over as quite sweet and vulnerable and genuinely likeable (if a complete barnpot who's a bit screwed up)

Ultimately, I don't think she can sing for toffee but I can see why she got though - people like her. With celeb FA you'll get a whole lot of votes for characters rather than performances, it's the way it goes.
