I do not post very often but I just wanted to add my support for Tara and say that I totally agree with Waterloosunset.

But the one thing that is starting to bug me is the comment made by a few people that because Tara is or comes across as being 'unstable' she shouldn't be on TV does that mean that the rest of us including myself who may be 'unstable' should be removed from society as well where do people want us to go?

And as well as unstable, barmpot and screwed up we could throw in looney, nut case and fruit cake for good measure

Perhaps I'm just being to sensitive or taking it to seriously

I really hope Tara does win for her sake not ours if the experience has helped her in any way

And I am not condoning her drug taking or previous life style but we all need a chance to move on

I called her a barnpot but I never indicated that she should be thrown off because of it! I like her, she seems sweet.

Is it correct she is doing it again tonight? Obviously, I would like to see her win and then be allowed to do a relaxed version of Jolene later in the evening - that would keep me watching.

She said she might be doing Boots again when Dom and Dummer "interviewed" her and Tricia on the BBC3 show

Supervixon Hi

I've just read your message and want to apologise and say sorry if I offended you. My comment 'of not wanting her on tv' was not directed at you but I did not name anybody in particular as I am not the sort of person who would want to get involved in a 'heated discussion' like some of the ones I have read but have felt to much of a coward to join in with.

Actually on reflection calling Tara a barm pot seems like a nice way to describe her.

On a certain level I can relate to Tara but not the 'sex, drugs and rock and roll' !

I wish I could get those boots on let alone look that good in them! Last night was the most I've laughed in a long time and felt that happy

Think I'm going to stay clear of this forum now

Tara to win

Despite not a particularly kind edit beforehand which appeared to go out of it's way to show the negative I think that performance was good enough to win. The smaller stage did not make that performance too easy either. Fingers crossed the voting reflects the polls on this forum.

It looks pretty obvious that Lesley wants Tricia to win and her comments about Tara were a bit patronising IMO. I think Richard is on her side though...and Craig was sort of in the middle. I missed the comments he gave Tricia.

I really hope she wins tonight and personally think she's better than Tricia, but nevertheless, it's all for a good cause and she's done incredibly well to get to the final.

I think the fact she said Tricia had the best female vocal about 5 programmes in a row pretty much gave the game away. I think she appears a fish out of water and I don't think too many people would be overly bothered if she were ditched next time. She only appears to be there to soften the blow if the other two are perceived to be too harsh and David/Carrie have been doing that anyway.

I thought Tara gave a great performance, loved her clothes and hair too.
But the camerawork annoyed me , I often saw her far in the back behind the public while I wanted to see the performance But when the camera was on her it was FUN !!

Too rushed, noit enough time to cram in anything else due to the other Comic Relief stuff.

Congrats to Tara - shame the way the BBC did the final was an absolute shambles - even if they couldn't eat up precious time why not anything on the interactive?

Yes, a shambles, no real buildup, no tension, no point in the other celebs being there really. A real shame.

Well done to Tara, the best entertainer won. It was a shame that the final wasn't at the academy, it didn't feel the same.

To be honest it was better thought out than last year. Last years was an even worse shambles. At least there was equal time for voting for the finalists this year. Last years was a shocker

I do think it would be better to have the main final show the night before and then just the result of the final on the actual day, but there you go.

Still, thrilled to bits Tara won. A true ledge, really entertained me in the academy and on the stage

Well done you folks. You must be dead chuffed. I was really pleased Tara won. Tricia could sing but Tara had a little bit of everything and created a lot of entertainment as is a well deserving winner of CFA.
