Anything new by MCR. Overplayed, Three Cheers was far better.

I prefer GnR's version of KNocking on heavens door actually!

I love the song 'Rose' by The Feeling, but then Radio One started a 'Jose' Merinio (sp?) skit...apparantly some footballer or something! That ruined it for me

I totally agree.

Without You sung by the late great Harry Nilsson is a song I love. It was beautifully and simply sung by a musical genius.

The song was covered by Mariah Carey. Her version was awful. It sounded like a cat being turned inside out. I understand now that Westlife may have even released it at some time. Luckily I have not heard it and I hope I never will.

Apparently Mariah recently moved an entire film crew to tears by singing a song while making her latest movie. She makes me cry everytime I hear her sing any bloody song - especially Without You!

PMSL When I read about her making a film crew cry I thought it was because she was "singing" and I was right

As for her version of Without You, ughh. She should have been shot for it. She totally and utterly destroyed one of the classic love songs of all time.

McFly should have left Don't Stop Me Now well alone- that is a Queen classic not to be messed with

Yes I agree, what a pathetic attempt at a cover version. Moz and Marr must be tearing their hair out when they heard that. The original is a million times better, seriously.

I hated when Cabin Crew and Sunset Strippers did their remixes of "Waiting For A Star To Fall". Ruined a great song IMO and they were played over and over and over . . .

That gets my vote. Gone from loving to utterly hating it due to overplay overkill.

The Fratellis are overplayed on XFM Scotland

Connected by Stereo MCs is one of my all time favourites but since they used it on a mobile phone ad, it has devalued it a little for me.
