does anyone know what the settings are for t-mobile gprs for the sonyericsson t300 as i have just deleted that account by accident!.

Just phone up T-Mobile and they should resend the settings to your phone i would have thought.

www.sonyericsson.com/uk also has configuration wizards to set up wap, mms and email.
The wap settings do gprs settings as well it seems on my t68i
Dial 150 from the handset and t-mobile can send them out to you would be the other option
