You know I find your assertions offensive. Yes, I do think some of the comments about Kwarme are well over the top, but then the same sort of comments have been leveled at all reality tv stars on DS forums. If anything , these forums are thankfully relativly devoid of racism.However I also am glad Kwarme's out, because I much preferred Ruby in the context of the show.

Kwame may well be the best singer (no one would doubt that), but as part of COMIC relief, he just wasnt funny. Neither is Will, really, but he's slightly funnier than Kwame.

I doubt anyone would dispute the fact that Kwame was by far the best singer but he is as amusing as Les Dennis and given that the purpose of the show was to entertain and get people to phone in to raise money for charity, they can't do that if he has bored everyone to sleep!!

The reason I wanted him out was he was so obviously only in to get a record deal and further his career (as is Will), the rest all knew they couldn't sing well and they entered the house in the true spirit of Comic Relief...to entertain and raise money for charity not themselves!! I guarentee if Lenny Henry had entered, he would still be there.

Kwame was a self righteous tit, on a comic relief spoof of Fame Academy. He didn't deserve to win. When a funny black guy, who can sing like that comes along, I will be voting for him.

As for Lemar... He didn't win because he was clearly favoured by the teachers, and was too busy showing off how good he was instead of just feeling the song and singing it.

You must understand Zazza that when you call other people racist for it not going the way you wanted it to go, it really doesn't help what you're trying to achieve at all. It's actually making you look racist.

It may well be true that a small amount of people didn't vote for Kwame because of his skin colour... But It's more than likely people voted for Will because they fancy him, and he's actually an okay guy, with an okay voice, and for Ruby because she is the only one who has truly captured the spirit of "Comic Relief". This was never a singing contest, it was about doing something for the fun of it.

Kwame just wasn't very likeable imo. He had a very high opinion of himself, and no humour to balance that out.

He may well have got more votes from the public than Ruby tonight... But the other contestants understand what Comic Relief is about - it's a shame you can't get past your obsession with seeing a black person win a reality TV show to understand it as well.
