Just wondering if anyone else woke up with TV but no internet.

I did upgrade from Base to Big pack last night and am hoping that they didn't cock up the order and leave me with TV only.

My broadband was broken this morning (I haven't checked if it's back up since), so I doubt your pack upgrade is the problem...

Not a good start Tiscali, 3 outages so far this year - about the same amount as the previous whole three years

There doesn't seem to be any service status info on the homechoice website any more to explain the problem - perhaps Tiscali think they'll be providing us with a perfect service now and so don't need to show it?

I've had confirmation that there has been an issue at hte Croydon data centre affecting Internet but not TV.

There is if you go down to the bottom right to Site Map on the homechoice/Tiscali site,

sevice news is listed there but it hasent been updated since th 27th feb part from now it say's Tiscali and not homechoice which was changed on the 1st march
