One of the few programmes that my 74yr old mum, my 8yr old daughter and myself can all watch together and enjoy.

Looked up their site and it hasn't been updated. Nor has the BBC press office put out a release. (Wish I could have got away with such sloppy pr).

Looking at the TRIC site they will update it soon and no doubt will comment on who collected the award.

However, I have to admit I don’t really think of it as reality TV…….

With so many different shows now, a new term is needed that doesn't lump Strictly with something like Big Brother - I'm not passing comment on their quality just the fact that there is nothing that compares them. Even the reality part is not remotely similar.

I saw the term competitive reality on the internet. They were all shows where the participates learn a specific skill. I think that works.
