Why is my bill this month £118 and not the usual £56, because Orange have charged me £52 for data charges, i use their Orange tv service and obviously they have been charging me for that.
Why is it i have 1000 free text messages and am getting charged 10p for every message sent, because they have been sending a delivery report which charges me.
Why is the second phone on my account being charged £4 for 4 meg of WEB usage when I never asked for it.
Why would anyone go with orange?

I left Orange two years ago after being with them for many years - this was primarily down to cost. I have been with O2 for two years now, infact when my deal was up with O2 last year, they slashed my rental and upped the minutes and texts so i'd stay - not much use to you at the moment I know, but dump them when your contract is up!

I have been bought out of my contract with orange by 3 . I was at my wits end with Orange after 8 years with them!! Over chargeing, No network coverage at home and work due to there base stations been down. And dont get me started with that bloody Nokia N80 LOL. I have been using a 3 PAYG for a few month with no problem. I thought 3 was suppose to be a joke but I have been supprised by there coverage.

My Three contract is up in July, I was looking at Orange until I saw this. I want to go Blackberry and Three don't do that, it has been the best coverage network I have ever had.
However, I got ticked off with Three when they started charging £25 to downgrade calling plans and the off-shore call centre is a pain, if it's not on the script on the screen they can't help and they have difficulty understanding regional accents. Unless anyone knows otherwise, the O2 Blackberry deal looks good.

Personally I don't think it's some stern words wouldn't sort out.
