o2 customer service

Has anyone else received really really bad customer service from o2 i have had nothing but problems with them and every month I have to call them up to have my bill credited due to incorrect charges and I get a different reason for this from every person i speak to. Would be interesting to see if anyone else has this problem and if they had any luck with it eventually as i am giving up hope

Never had problems with the bill on either of my 2 accounts, so never need to ring customer services.

I never used to have problems with O2 Customer Services until about 9 or 10 months ago when they changed my tariff. Since then I have not had one correct bill and have to ring them every month to get it amended!

It's a shame as I've been with them since the days of Cellnet/BT Cellnet and will probably move to a different network at the end of this contract....
