I've manged to configure my mobile (N80 internet edition) to use VoIPbuster (via my wireless router). Even managed to make a couple of free calls to the US.

I was just wondering if anyone has used VoIPbuster before? The rates to most countries seem quite competitive. Do you think I should buy some credit? I think the minimum is 10 euros. Is it reliable, call quality any good etc.? Any thoughts welcome.

I\'ve been using this group of companies for well over 2 years, very happy with the service.

You may want to look at two of their sister services, www.voipdiscount.com and www.voipstunt.com , these offer free calls to the UK and VoIPDiscount have more free countries, unless you were thinking of VoIP Buster Pro.

I use these on an ATA, and quality is excellent.

Does this work with all N80's? Is it easy to set up? would love this feature on mine.

It only works on the N80 Internet Edition and other mobiles that support SIP/VOIP, but NOT the normal N80. The phones are actually identical except for the software. It is possible to reflash a normal N80 and convert it to N80IE (thats what I did). Unfortunately I cannot discuss this here, but if you search on the net and willing to live dangerously there are many resources explaining the procedure.

I use voipstunt, i've never had any problems with it. Excellent sound quality and little or no delay.

Also if you 'top up' with 10 euros (about £6.50) then you'll get 4 months of free landline calls to the uk, usa (includes mobiles) and many other countries.

Thanks for all the replies. Now got two mobiles in this house configured for voip. Ended opting for voipstunt and use an N80ie and a brand new Nokia E65. All connected via my Linksys wireless router.
