Latterly known for hosting Desert Island Discs (before Kirsty Young took over) Feel guilty now that I called her arrogant - suppose I just meant that she's too much of a mature lady to suffer fools gladly or perhaps cope with all the ups and downs of SCD. I'm still reeling from the discovery of Jan Ravens' true self - I used to think she was great on Dead Ringers etc. until she was 'exposed' on SCD. Horrors!

Sue Lawley is nothing like Jan Ravens, she has had to deal with a male dominated world for many years so the discipline of training shouldn't worry her too much

Don't care for Gabby Logan she comes over as smug. Might be fun to see up against James who's not known for holding his tongue

I suspect that 'the powers that be' may well give Anton a young un this series -lets just hope he thinks up some decent Latin routines then! Just had a mental picture of Louisa performing 'that jive'(you know, the red catsuit one) had she been Antons partner!

Debra Stephenson's off Coronation Street she has just left supposedly gone to warmer climes. She needed to get away from having an affair with her son (although he wasnt her real son, she just brought him up) Soaps are so complicated!
