Can anyone help me. We have a Panasonic Plasma and had a normal telewest box with it when they came to install the TV. They set the remote up so as the telewest remote would control my TV volume, if you see what I mean.

Problem is that we had a v+ box fitted yesterday, hence a new remote, hence it not controlling the volume on the TV. Does anyone know how to do this? I have checked the manuals and it doesnt say anywhere how to do it.

I am sure there are instructions in the manual on where to look.

I think you go to the interactive help and it gives you a list of TV makes and instructions for the buttons to press.. There will then be a list of codes for each model. Just right them down and start with the first, and keep going until one of them works.
