I couldn't stay awake long enough for the eviction show but her performance last night was nowhere near the worst. So what happened? Who were the bottom three?

The judges saved Shaun and the students saved Colin.. so Sadly Mel went. Took it very well. Said on BBc3 show she thought some of the students took it a bit seriously and wanted Tara to win.
Gutted she went as she was my second fav.

Agreed...there's no way Mel should have gone. Can't believe I actually agreed with Richard's vote last night!!

Actually, listening to her practising Woman In Love on the live feed on Saturday she sang really well. That arena on the live shows is very intimidating; when you consider she was trying to be funny as well it's perhaps reasonable to expect the vocals to suffer...
