Hi There,
I am a Virgin Media customer and have subscribed to their mobile phone tarriff exclusive to cable customers - £10 per month for 300 xnet anytime minutes and 300 text messages.
When I took the offer out three months ago you could only apply for two of these sim cards with the exclusive £10 tarriff.
I recently phoned them this morning to see if I could acquire another two of these sim cards but was told that the 2 per household rules still applies.
Does anyone know why this rule still applies? They are basically turning down an extra £20 per month.
Your thoughts please....
