Those with the 'proper' voices are always going to seem like the best, but as you say, it's about progress. I like Shaun, not too sure about Tricia, but both of them can no doubt sing. They both really need to improve on connecting with the song and the audience for me though, and that's something Tara has done.

You are of course fully entitled to your opinion (just as we are with ours). However, your opinion perhaps says more about you than anything else.

Every single night I have hated listening to Angelica - awful made me cringe. However, tonight I really enjoyed her performance and her singing. Her voice is weak - however she is now singing in tune - and she is a great performer and really did well with that song. Her improvement has been the biggest I think.

Trica and Shaun are both the best singers - Tricia however leaves me cold as did Shaun up until the last couple of nights when I have enjoyed his performances.

Ray has been enjoyable up until the last couple of nights - however he has bored me a bit these last two nights and I think his charm is wearing thin on me - although I can see why people are voting for him. His performences are honest, he is giving it a go and above all he isn't taking it too seriously which is great as after all it is supposed to be aobut having fun.

Colin made me feel uncomfortable tonight - ddn't get what he was doing in that performance, and the thrusting at the camera made me sink back into the sofa.

Fred bless him gave it a go and I have enjoyed some of his performances - I think it was the right decision tonight though.

For me tonight Tara wasn't as good as previous nights. Vocally she was out of tune a couple of times and I don't think she connected with the audience. Didn't enjoy her as much as I usually do - but still felt she deserved to stay.

that is what it should all be about - not whether someone has had a drink problem, or is a failed footballer, or had a rough time as a kid.

I agree with everything you have said here Cornchips, but I also wish the judges would remember it supposed to be fun too. Some of their comments are unnecessarily harsh and personal.

I like her because she is mad, rather than though she is mad. I couldn't live with her - far too high-maintenance - but for a night out she would be good fun, as she is to watch on TV. I agree that her singing is awful, though. If she is winning this, she's winning it on the nonsinging moments.

Tara's voice is very flat and empty - musical-less! And what's up with her face? It doesn't look right.

There is something very vulnerable about Tara and it comes through to the viewers. I never liked her before but I have been surprise by some of the performances she has managed to give. I enjoyed "These Boot are Made for Walking" and thought she actually managed to sing in key and do a routine, act etc very well. She is so desperately needy somehow I feel I want to protect her and I am sure she makes a lot of people feel that way. She can behave ivery oddly at times and all that sweating!! UGH!! She seems sometimes to be high on something!! I do not think she will win but I think you have to be fair and admit that SOME of her songs have been surprisingly good, better than expected from Tara.!!!!

I like Tara. From thinking that she wasnt going to be able to do this' at the start of the show, she has tuned into a more confident person. Last night before they went to sleep, she was telling Trish"Its tuesday tomorrow then 3 days after that. You get to see your baby. You can do it. As Trish was really cying as she looked at photos. The wine didnt help either. She was so emotional. Tara told Jeremy she was over being in the bottem 3 and had moved on. Shes so level headed when she wants to be.

Where did this idea come from that we're supposed to vote for the person who's improved the most? It never used be the case that we were made to feel guilty for voting for the best singers. Yes, I love watching how much some people can improve with a bit of training, but that doesn't mean I want to vote for Angellica because she's improved from appalling to still quite bad when I could vote for someone who actually sounds nice.

I will be hoping that Shaun is in the final. I know hes the better singer but i think it would be really good for him. Hes sang every song lovely. I think Tara might be in final also for the fun and improvement element.
