What was the singing programme Shaun used to appear in?
Does anyone remember a Saturday teatime show in which Shaun and a bunch of other celebs used to do karaoke-type performances? It was a good few years ago, I have a feeling it was Channel 5. The participants all sat in a row like on a panel show, and they took it in turns to get up and sing. Anyone remember?

I only saw Shaun on Night Fever once. I thought he was better then than now. Trouble with being coached is that it's OK if you can't sing, but if you can, it sort of neutralises your best aspects (if that makes sense).
That said, I am watching this because I wanted to hear Mr Williamson sing again, and if this was just a singing competition, he would win hands down. In fact, after "safe" start he has got better. |

I usd to work at Cats in London during the mid 90's and there was a restaurant/bar thing underneath - The Talk of London I think it was called. Anyway, Barry (Shaun) used to sing there quite regularly (I think he was already in Eastenders) and we used to see him all the time. So I would have thought he was a pro of some sort.
(Robbie even performed there before he got big)!! |
