I've noticed Tara's the overwhelming Favourite on the forum so was suprised to see her in bottom 3 tonight. So thought I'd start a poll for Tara fans to work out why it happened (please answer true/false to following if you're a Tara fan but didn't vote for her tonight)>

1. Didn't vote for her because she wasn't in bottom 3 last night so thought she was safe.

2. Didn't vote for her because she had good comments from the judges so thought she was safe.

3. Would have voted if she was in bottom 3 last night.

4. Would have voted if she had bad comments from judges.

I'll do an analyis if have enough replies.

Didn't vote cos I thought she was safe for different reasons. Would prefer to use my votes for the final night.

I have voted for her the last three nights but feel like giving up.

This forum obviously does not appear to reflect the general public who from tonight's result appear clueless.

There is also nothing we can do about the way the programme is put together - they seemed to want to show Tara in a poor light - so what if she had a late night and mucked about.

This isn't quite what you want, because I did vote, but it was at the very last minute when I had a feeling she needed it.

I almost didn't vote because a lot of things had pointed to her being popular, she had a song that suited her strengths, and I wanted to save my votes (= money) 'till they were really needed. But I started worrying when they showed clips of her thinking she might win, since that's a big turn-off to some viewers.

Also she had such positive comments from the judges last night, and pretty good ones tonight, so she wouldn't pick up any anti-judge vote and her supporters might be complacent. Meanwhile, people who didn't like her would see her as a threat to ones they preferred.

Then Angelica did well (very well by her standards) but still got some harsh comments from Richard (which always seems to generate votes). (I like Angelica, but she's someone who's in danger of being in the bottom 3, so if she seems safe that increases the danger.) Ray seems safe no matter what he does. Tricia was bound to be saved by the judges (Craig and Lesley) if she was in the bottom three.

... It just added up to enough to worry me.

I nearly didn't vote for her, as I convinced myself she would be safe. I have given her a one vote every single night, except one. The reason I finally did give her a vote tonight, was I knew I would feel awful if she did go out and I hadn't bothered to vote.

Tara's my favourite now but I haven't bothered voting for her like I did for Mel...I just never really thought there was much chance of her going so didn't think it was worth it, whereas Mel was in and out of the bottom three and therefore always in danger. I'll vote for Tara in the final though (assuming she's there!).

I don't vote on these shows.

I hardly ever vote on these shows, if she is still in on Friday I might pick up the phone.
