Tara showed how much she wants to win last night. As she said herself, they don't understand how much they want to stay until they are faced with being kicked out. She was very upset last night and stormed off at one point.
Ray hasn't been in the bottom 3 so that's perhaps why we haven't seen it from him. I personally think he does want to win.

Yes, I think they would all like to win, but although I obviously don't know any of them, I don't think Tara and Ray think they will. The others seem a tad desperate, but that's just my impression.
If one of the "singers" remains on the last night they'll probably win because everything that went before counts for nothing when a much bigger audience joins in.

In theory, but last year I seem to remember them closing the lines really early, so most of the voting had actually been done between the previous night's show and them actually singing in the final.
