Well truthfully Angellica deserved to go tonight, but I was really hoping Colin had the lowest public vote. She was the poorest I thought. None of it was in tune.

I'm a Tara fan, but she was poor tonight also, so I gave her a few extra votes as I thought she might need them She is the only thing keeping me watching the live feed. Her singing wasn't up to much tonight but she entertained me today all the same I think the piano was an obstacle in the end (despite me looking forward to her using it again) as she seemed to lose her concentration and sang the wrong bit to the part she was playing on the piano.

Can't stand Colin so I was hoping he would go but I'm not particularly distressed about Angellica leaving either. Pretty much the right decisions all round tonight...I was glad Tara was safe, and as much as I like him, it's good that Ray was in the bottom three so they're all on more of a level playing field.

Notice how Colin gave Trish, who didn't vote for him, a big hug. Most evictees don't greet the peeps that voted against them much of an embrace, if any. Colin is a lovely chap.

he said once before on the live feed - i think the night that mel went? - that when he got up he isn't going to care how people voted because when he's voted he finds it so hard to decide anyway that it isn't really personal and you're not the only one vote in the group.
he did say too as long as he got at least one vote he'd be ok!

Its breaking all records now with tonight's show. . Apart from the singing quality which is debatable , we now have lost all 4 comedians and now the last contestant there for the youth vote and the one with the "journey" story.

We also have had everyone in the bottom three, half of them in the bottom three on their best performances and more correlation between who went on first and who goes than who sang well.

Is anyone voting - last series by now we were being told by David that they were doing well? Is it 12 people who always make a cup of tea for the first 20 minutes of each show?

I agree with Katrina about Ray being given easy songs which he can basically talk through.

They pick their own songs before going in, he obviously knows his own limitations.

I agree, they do pick their own songs before going into the acedemy.

But, imo thats to ensure no-one sings above what they can actually achieve.

Basically to give a acedemy a 'level playing field'

So, someone like Stubbsy will excell in a 'talking song' like Rhythmn Stick because he full well knows he cant sing.

just my 2p's worth. dont shoot me!

Ray Stubbs is popular because he doesn't appear to take it seriously and never pretends that he is a good singer.
