Kirk winning toilet rolls

Haven't they done this before? Didn't the Battersbies win toilet rolls a few years ago? ISTR their living room being full of boxes of something and I'm sure it was toilet roll!

I dunno, but its a classic. Only Kirk would enter a competition to win a years supply of something to be able to flog the lot lol.

yeah i remember Les winning something a few years back, thought it was loo rolls too, janice went mad & told him to get shut of them all lol

how can they do the same story twice?????

Well it could happen in real life twice so I dont see why it cudnt happen twice in a soap.

Really? I think he's quite funny, actually. I'd have to say, though, he's not very different from his Darren character in The Royle Family!

I suppose the point of the story was to fill out the programme and make the more complicated stories last longer
