Yes, that you saw.

Was it really a 'different Shaun' that you saw or was it that they decided to allow you to see a different picture of him than before by showing you different edits?

(He was shown to be boring. he was shown to be morose, shown to never smile)
It doesn't necesarily mean that's what he's like all the time.

Nothing wrong with saying that people voted based on what they were shown, but I don't think you can assume that what people were shown necessarily sums him up accurately as an individual by saying 'he was this', and 'he was that'.

They control what you see.

I was watching the live feeds, so it WAS a different Shaun

Oh, the winking smiley that indicates that somebody is in on the know.

Watching Shaun 24 hours a day were you?
The camera was on Shaun all the time was it?

No, I saw him talking with others saying that he is a introverted (and quiet) persona, a bit of a loner, and that his (sad) face is how it normally is. He was also talking (live) to Kevin and saying similar things.

The newer Shaun also came across with his acceptance that he needed to do something about his hands, make his performance more natural.

I take your point though about careful editing, but the live feeds did show a different approach in the final few days.

Sorry, but what is a "sil"?

You originally said

my sil used to work for a big house in Suffolk the owners off this house are very friendly with the whole PT family
Now this "sil" (??) IS the waitress.

Quite frankly, I find this a bit "unbelievable" that you have such apparent close connections with the family (people have been known to spin a yarn, to kid people on you know .

I will leave it there thank you very much.

In the end Shaun might have had the better voice but Tara had the personality and stage presence...nothing iffy about that

Another joke. Ray seemed to have recovered wonderfully from his "man flu" sorry upper respitory infection as he performed as usual on BBC2 football results this evening. What a guy.

Indeed. One might even think that all he'd had was the common cold.

Which is probably what he had - after all, it was described on CFA as an upper-respiratory tract infection (NOT the flu).

Well, yes, that was my point. It sounds so much more serious than if you just call it a cold, doesn't it?

An upper respiratory tract infection doesn't have to be the common cold - it might only affect the throat rather than produce the normal symptoms of a cold (runny nose, blocked up sinuses etc).
