This is my last detailed report because tomorrow we go to PURE PUBLIC VOTE so tomorrow will be without a report and Friday I will be holding a Comic Relief Party so I wouldn't do it anyways!

So onto tonight, we have 5 people left in the academy ALL battling for that place in the quarter finals tomorrow but WHO will fall and that final hurdle? Let's find out!!!!!!

TONIGHT's Result Breakdown 14/03/07

PUBLIC VOTE (2/5):

We saved TARA
We saved COLIN

JUDGES VOTE (save 1 of the bottom 3):

Craig saves TRICIA
Lesley saves TRICIA
Richard saves TRICIA

Tricia sweeps the board with 3 saving votes

STUDENT VOTE (will decide our loser):

Tara saves SHAUN
Colin saves SHAUN
Tricia saves SHAUN

Shaun sweeps this board and wins with the 3 votes

STUBBSY IS OUT ON MY LAST REPORT

Thankyou for all your support over the last 10 days, keep watching and voting, enjoy the final and I will see you same time in 2 years time.

Love to you all
Goodnight

All respect to them - they could've voted the competition out and they didn't.

I think its pure public vote, with the bottom two leaving.

So, unless the voting changes Shaun and Tricia will be going.

Thanks centrino. I hope it is just the public voting as I can't be going with some of the judges' comments and it's also difficult for the students to vote without getting critisicism for their choices.

Are you sure Centrino- on another thread it mentioned top in public vote going through and ex-students picking the other. I prefer the way you mention though.

IF this is the case, then I will be reporting about that tomorrow night but obviously not on the final

Thankyou

I posted a couple of days ago from the Radio Times website:

Quote:
“Four students but only two can go through to the final, so tonight everyone's place is in jeopardy. Viewers vote for one finalist but, in a surprise twist, all the ex-students return to decide who will win the other coveted place.”

I would prefer it to be purely on the public vote too

Last year they brought back the ex-students for a big vote, which Colin was talking about last night on live streaming.

However, I thought they wouldn't do that again. The only reason they did it was to avoid a tie in the student vote as Edith and Kim would have went through and made sure there was a tie between the bottom two (the students were doing this all series when they could), so they brought everyone back to avoid a tie.

But there is no need this time as 2 are going tonight. Maybe they have decided to do it anyway though.

If the system above is used we will know the winner tonight practically!

Revealing who is top in the voting is a bit silly.

That was my first instinct as well, where would the tension be tomorrow if we knew who was the publics' favourite? But the voting patterns have been so mad I don't think it will matter
