Why is this?
I bought a SIM free and unlocked Nokia 6280 which works perfectly fine when my O2 SIM is in it but when my T-Mobile SIM is in it it says SIM registration failed now and again and resets so I lose signal for a few minutes. I've tried other T-Mobile SIMs in it and it does the same thing so does the phone just not like T-Mobile for some reason?

It may your sim card. How long have you had it? The 6280 is a 3g phone so if your sim card is not this may cause the phone to crash. I just a new 3g from O2 and the sent a new sim with it as they told me that my old sim would not work properly with the new phone. Ask T-mobile for a new card

It's not just my SIM card it happens with all T-Mobile SIM cards and I've only had it since February. I've now got an O2 3G SIM but the phone worked perfectly fine with a 2G O2 SIM. It's just T-Mobile it don't seem to like.

Seems the 6280 has the same problem on "3" network too. Check this out

It may be the firware reading the information on other sites. You may have a older version which is causing the problems. The version may be fine for O2 but need updating for t-mobile

Appears to have the latest firmware. Just doesn't like T-Mobile at the moment.
