Sorry if this has been posted before, and equally sorry if I'm spoiling the surprise. This is what I think will happen:

- 2 students go through tonight, and 2 go home.

- The public vote will save the one who gets the most votes on the night, and judging by last night's saved students, this will be Tara or Colin, probably Tara.

- the "surprise" will be that all the expelled students will return and vote to save their favourite of the remaining three. If Tara's in this three, then I'm confident she will be saved, because most of the students know that she's the star.

- the dream final for me would be Tara and Colin, but I can only see this happening if Colin gets the greatest public vote.


ALTERNATIVELY ("Weakest Link" scenario),

- maybe the student with the fewest public votes will be expelled first.

- then the previously expelled students might be asked to "vote off" the weakest remaining student, to leave two standing.

- if this happens then there's a good chance of a Colin and Tara final.

If i was an ex student i would refuse to vote

They're probably all under contract that they have to do this sort of thing. Don't forget, it's all for chariddy. And also, I'm not sure at all about my "Weakest Link" theory.

But I doubt it will be "vote for the weakest" anyway as it will make the students look bad. They always go for positive voting in these type of shows.

It all depends on how the public vote on these shows. We don't know if they just like a particular singer/song on the night or are diehard RTV fans like most of us on the forum.

If we suppose that they choose good singer/song on the night, then anyone of them could be through first. IMO even although Tricia and Shaun are technically the best singers, they've had a few boring entries. So unless Tara has a real stinker of a song tonight and Shaun and Tricia have good songs, then she could well not be the public's fave and will have to rely on the student vote. And again if Shaun and Tricia get great songs and sing well, they will feel obliged to do what's right and choose the remaining of those two to go through............leaving Tara and Colin to pack their bags.

Anyway, I hope we have an exciting final and not a technically correct one...i.e. a final with Shaun and Tricia.

Tricia and Shaun haven't had the public votes for a few days now - I can't see anything different happening from last night. Colin sounded good earlier & could get the girlies voting for him again. Tricia to go tonight please.
