Are you scottish 'me'?

I liked todays episode...loved Denise and Kevin, but I'm sort of fond of Kevin anyway lol. Denise was brilliant..again.

Stella I am finding hard to watch like I am with Shirley but for different reasons. Shirley is fast becoming my worst character.

Hate the Rob/May stuff as usual. Loved the Bradders part...hated seeing Stacey blow him off for Max.

Max is a pig. He's just so manipulative I feel sorry for anyone who comes into contact with him.

You don't like Bradders? N Ireland...cool, I love the Irish accent. It was when you used 'wee' I thought you were Scottish..Mags uses it all the time lol.

You are not telling me you like Stacey with Max surely?

No the complete opposite-i detest it!

Shes so stupid falling for that creep-im sorry i cant even seen what a woman would possibly find attractive about him! If you can please do share it because I know a few scientists who need to carry out some experiments....

As for Bradders-well he fell out of my top list the day he made Stacy have the abortion. Id never cried at a soap like that
But then he slowly crawled his way back up...hes not there yet but the fact hes trying and being knocked down by her is sad.
I just dont know why Max is doing this. No way does he love Stacy-i do think that he thinks hes doing this to protect Bradley from her. She will lose both men in the end...

And indeed N, ireland and that accent! Ah well I cant complain its been good to me so far!

No he's not my type either but alot of posters seem to find him attractive.

Yeah...poor Stacey, but I'm not sure either of them could have coped with a baby and ultimately it was her choice to have it aborted, she could have said no. Bradley is lovely but he's not perfect and he's definitely got a bite to him...he's still Max's son.

Max is not "protecting" Bradley (selflessly sleeping with a beautiful teenage girl, oh the nobility of his sacrifice for his son! What heroism!).
Max is a mysogynist, a reflection of who Jim once was. He is possessive too, if he wants a woman no one else can have her.

What does she see in Max? Father-figure (at a time when Mum and Brother are at odds). Stacey is a dreamer ("you used to have such dreams" - Jean), and its likely that she does not love Max, but believes and feels as if she does, because her mind (subconscious?) has created it. She believes it because she wants to believe it. Bradley dumped Stacey on the anniversary of Brian's death/Sean's dissapearance, the worst possible time.
Sean is supposed to have stepped into his father's place (Stacey all but asked him to) but is unable to due to his problems with emotion and his feelings about his father.

The rational, normal part of Stacey wants to be rid of Max, and feels guilty and uncomfortable about the affair. The mood swings are the biggest problem, whenever Stacey makes a good decision, another mood swing comes along and reverses it. Stacey is mature and very experienced at looking after others, but is immature (partly due to inexperience) in dealing with her own problems, indeed she seems to prefer avoiding them.

The upshot of his manipulation was this:
I can give you a family life, the life you dream of, something which Bradley and your so-called family will never give you.

Wow, you should get a job at Enders, you could help out the writers, or perhaps you already do.

Didn't see all this episode.
Denise seemed to change her mind quickly when she said she'd get back with Kevin lol.
Stella is evil! When she was talking to Ben at the end about him having a loving family and some arn't so lucky, thought perhaps she might be talking about herself?
The person that said Stella has only seen Phil's good side - I am thinking perhaps, she's a lawyer isn't she or a soliciter, that she has come across his name in cases or something so she does know what he's like?
Thinking perhaps maybe she's trying to get to Phil for something?

At the end when she said she was going to make him a hot drink I thought nooooooooooo we all know what happens with hot drinks!

I'm in love with Stella, I think it's mainly because I don't like Ben and haven't since he came into it. The actress plays evil psycho so well.
