I've supporter Tara from the off and am actually surprised to see her in the final. At the start, she was the 14-1 outsider (after Miranda at 16-1) and I'm really pleased she's made it this far.
I also supporter Tricia when the line-up was announced and said she'd be the one I'd back singing-wise. However, my opinion completely changed and recently, I've seen her as someone who's taking it too seriously. A couple of days ago, she performed really well and came across brilliantly on the live streaming, so I like her again now. At the end of the day, Tara's my stand-out favourite, but it's only for charity, so it's not the end of the world if Tricia takes gold... Something I can see happening. |

It's difficult to predict who will win because you have to remember that the audience is going to be a lot bigger tomorrow night than it has been for the rest of the series. People will be watching who don't usually watch this sort of thing and you can bet that there will be a hell of a lot more votes than usual.
So although Tara seems to have been more popular on the whole throughout the series, I wouldn't be surprised if Tricia steals her crown at the last minute and goes on to win. Personally I'm quite split for a change and will reserve judgement until tomorrow night

I'm behind Tara all the way . I doubt if I would have continued to watch it or picked up the phone if she had gone out in the early stages.

If the audience is in good spirits, and they should be as its Comic Relief night, then its Tara. Tricia may tug at the heartstrings, but it's TPT for me.
Tricia's textbook - but Tara's got the content in my eyes ![]() Tara to win

I must be on my own in thinking Tara should not be in the final, and I must have been watching a different show to everybody else, I found watching TPT very embarrassing, take away the posh clothes and the poor little rich girl image and she would have been laughed off the stage days ago...and as for Richard the Judge he has got to be on something
or on a promise

Seymour,
I totally respect your opinion. However, I've been supporting Tara from day 1, because she's so entertaining, funny, warm, caring and a very insecure child-like person. This is how she comes across to a lot of people. I really don't like it when her money is mentioned. It happens quite a lot. If people are monied, there is a small element who immediately hold this against them, for whatever reasons. Colin seemed one of them. Yes, she's loaded, but this shouldn't be a reason to criticise her, it kind of adds to her appeal. I'm divided on the final. Like I say, I've been supporting Tara from day 1, and I wouldn't have watched it if she had gone out earlier. However, Tricia has a lovely voice and, although seems to take it quite seriously, she does come across as a bit of a laugh. I've always thought the voice should win on all the talent shows and if it was a fair system then Tricia should win. But, its Tara, and its now different. Either way, I think Tara will win hands down. If she doesn't then I thik she'll be perfectly happy to have got to the final, and to lose to her new friend Tricia. Happy watching. |

I don't mind who wins.
I just hope that they both do a good job and make it a close one. One where you have no idea who will win. But I do hope that Tricia gets a good song. Most of her previous song choices have been uninspiring. |

It's a singing contest - the person who cannot sing should not win.

I think Tricia should win, but I don't think she has a chance. Tara is going to win hands down. That's my prediction anyway.
And dare I say it - I don't think Tara did Penny Lane very well. Also, her duet with Colin was painful to watch. |

Its for comic relief so I want Tara to win for the comic value
It hasn't sat right with me that Tricia has had 2 singles out, although they weren't successful. Shes just seems too desperate. Also didnt like what her OH said last night about her son being in hospital. (I know that had nothing to do with tricia) So come on TPT!!!!!!! Last edited by ljsbbno1fan : 16-03-2007 at 09:31. |

Good luck to both of them, but I would love for Tara to win as she was the most entertaining of the two imo. Trisha is a great singer at best, but lacks that star quality that TPT has.

Go Tricia!! I think going on vocal talent, Tricia deserves to win. However, i think its fab that Tara is in the final aswell, my opinion of her has really changed during this show.
Good luck to them both, there both winners in their own right

Is it?? I think you'll find that it is not just about singing. Even the judges have said that the academy experience is about the total performance package. Interpretation, presentation, emotion of the song etc. Who was the most entertaining? No question - Tara. |
