Charity, what a joke.

This is supposed to be for charity but lots of OUR money has been spent on this.
Shaun was disscussing the roast dinner they had last Sunday. He went on to say "That was lovely beef we had yesterday" "Must have been a expensive cut". Yes bought with money that could probably feed a African family for a year. Or at least a goat for milk.

When Linda Robson was being interviewed on Breakfast TV, she was disscussing Tara P T. "she is a lovely girl, we stayed up until 3am putting face masks on each other" "she even lent us some of her £70 a tube face cream"

£70 eh, look what that amount of money could do for the needy.

These celebs have a cheek to give their TIME when money is wasted on uneccessary cuts of meat and face cream.

Honestly.....

I'd imagine that Tara bought the cream herself.
Are you really complaining because they had beef for dinner?

and im assuming of course that you live in a tree, never buy any clothes, food etc so that any money you earn goes straight to charity!

People are doing there bit, however small its better than nothing at all.

well said.

We all live and forgot how others suffer. Its show like this that remind us how lucky we are and give us the opportunity to do something small like give a few pound.

These 'celebs' are giving up their time and having a bit of fun to encourage us to vote therefore raising money.

Big deal if they had beef or a roast dinner. I had a takeaway tonight-do you want to have a go at me for wasting £20 because yes now i think about it it seems wrong but thats the world we live in. I can give money to CR but sadly I like so many others forget the struggles of others in daily life.

I think you need to calm down and realise that these guys are doing there best and we cant begrudge them food.

Yes bought with money that could probably feed a African family for a year. Or at least a goat for milk.Ah good thinking...Let's ask celebrities to appear on FM and starve them! Did you donate your last months salary BTW? When Linda Robson was being interviewed on Breakfast TV, she was disscussing Tara P T. "she is a lovely girl, we stayed up until 3am putting face masks on each other" "she even lent us some of her £70 a tube face cream"

£1 can do a lot also, why not ban your kids from
breakfast tomorrow? Everything is in proportion.

And if they didn't give their TIME they wouldn't raise money!!! How sad to be so bitter!

Indeed, there are some really bitter people around to come up with ill-judged (and ill thought out) comments like that.

I assume you give lots to charity then and never buy anything nice for yourselF.
How much did your tv or computer cost?, think of how much better you could have used the money and given it to charity.

If you really want to have a go at someone perhaps Sir Terry Wogan should be first in the line of fire.

Shaz72 has a point in that the money raised could have been contributed by a load of celebs without denting their bank balances too much. But of course that would not get them free publicity, get the TV company some free filling of airtime, and make those of us who are nowhere near as well of as these celebs feel lucky that there are many worse off than us.

That's why, as I've stated elsewhere, I really don't buy into the "personality" crap on these shows, and just want to see the best singers do well.

Seems a tad harsh to complain about feeding people properly...and I'd agree that the face cream would have been Tara's own. She's loaded - so what?!

It's actually a lot easier for people who have money to throw cash at a problem...it's a lot MORE commendable to give up your free time to a worthy cause which encourages other people to think about giving a bit.

Did I read that Tara wears her own clothes during the performances? I think she's doing her bit for charity by performing and entertaining us.

I certainly wouldn't be watching this, were it not for her.

During the live feed a couple of night ago Tara said she had been thinking about auctioning off all the clothes she had worn during the show in order to raise money but didn't say too much about it in case it was percieved as a vote grabbing operation

I suspect the amount raised for charity is well worth the housekeeping bills, so stop worrying that they're not eating fishcakes and Tescos Basic chips all week

Wouldn't give us an entertaining show to watch either Perhaps next year they could have a show showing the celebs writing cheques instead of singing .

Best singers is subjective - I preferred Colin and Tara to Shaun and Tricia in delivery and song choices - personality comes into delivery of course but Shaun and Tricia left me cold.

You're aged about 16, aren't you? I used to say stupid things like that, you'll grow out of it eventually.
