The saga of Val's missing £2,000 continues when David tells her the cash has turned up at the wine bar. The sneaky young businessman thinks it's the perfect way to wriggle out his sticky situation – but his plan is scuppered when Pollard doesn't believe Val's story!

When Val goes to wine bar to get proof, she's amazed to find nobody there knows anything about the cash. As the penny drops, can she convince Pollard of David's dishonesty?

Elsewhere, Sam decides that it's time he stood on his own two feet and moved out of the Dingles. After Paul suggests that Emily is not happy with the living arrangements at Victoria Cottage, Sam looks into the possibility of renting Dale View for him and Emily. It's his idea of domestic bliss – but will Emily think the same?

Back at the Woolpack, poor Diane is forced to work on Mother's Day after Val phones in sick. She's touched when a thoughtful Daz turns up with a present for her – but is less than happy to hear that Billy lent him the money to buy it.

I usually find the people who use the term "official" in their text quite up themselves.

It'll probably have dropped off the page by tomorrow afternoon.

A bit like the people who start their threads with " Am I the only one that thinks..." or ends the opening post with "discuss"

This is a bit mean....so you guys only have one thread starter for Emmie and won't let anyone else do it?

Anyone can start it, I only do because others do not, I usually leave it til the last moment so that others can if they want. Starting it a day early seems a little previous though. My ignore comment was a joke referring to the ignore thread that now seems to have been deleted.

Anyone can start one - it just seems that 3am on Saturday is a tad early (about 40 hours too early)

It's just a thread title, catchy tho it is. It's the content that matters. I just thought it was a bit much to shoot the poster down when they probably just wanted to talk about the episode a little earlier than usual.

If only we could ignore your spelling and grammer, which is truly awful.

Who cares if he started it early, it is only a thread.

No need for that.

Post one was neat and informative although I personally prefer the content of the episode to be in spoilers.

Something like that always happens when you try and correct grammar and spelling, that's why I don't normally do it just that poster was so rude.

Anyway, thanks

Aww, I don't think SoapWorld meant any real harm - and Vurfer wasn't too offended - these spats just seem to happen now and then
