I've said this for years. It's something which would do wonders for the character of Charlie, and the Slater family.

I'm particularly interested in seeing how Peggy & Stacey would interact. I always loved the bitchy, snide remarks made by both Janine and Peggy when she was married to Frank.

Stacey is a different character altogether...far more vulnerable. I think Peggy would be really good for her..both women deep down are good hearted.

Peggy may have a problem with Phil and Sean tho.

Only days ago, I mentioned a Charlie/Peggy wedding, and she would get bored and have an affair with Jack.

Both couples work well together. Peggy would have to make the same choice Pat had to - Go with the safe sensible family man (Charlie - Roy), or a bit of excitement which might not be as dependable (Jack - Frank).

Why Jack or Charlie...what about someone like Minty, younger and much more fun for Peggy. Would be good having him as Phils father in law too lmao.
