Is Alan Sugar quitting The Apprentice?
Is it true that Alan Sugar will quit as host of Deal or No Deal this summer? The show would not be the same without him.

They should do a swap for the next series - Trump runs our version and Sugar takes on the Americans. That'd make for some interesting shows.
Imagine Sugar presenting Deal or no deal!

If Sir Alan is quitting then won't it mean the end of the apprentice?

If SAS quits, I'd like to see Philip Green or the lanky bloke from Dragon's Den.

It was in the paper yesterday that Duncan Banatyne is rumoured to be the favourite replacement - he'd be quality....as would Peter Jones.

I'm with Howard.
I'd like to see Sugar do the US version and Trump do the UK one. |

You know what, I hope he does leave and I hope that the show is axed. I really do like The Apprentice but it would be good for it to go out on a high and not end up at the point of no repair so it is remembered as a good show.

I don't think Sir Alan will give up the Apprentice, the free advertising is worth too much to him. I mean, where does Amstrad get that kind of exposure without the show. Last edited by dfisher1 : 28-03-2007 at 11:28. |

They would probably try and get Sir Philip Green (BHS) to do it - very much of the same mould as Sir Alan just more successful!
