I don't think they were in it long enough to make a good judgement, but so far, the Mortons seem a bit dull at the moment. The writers clearly had an idea but the tired cliches of loud music and miserable argumentative teens just seemed a bit of a boring entrance episode.

That was gr8! I like the Mortons! The look on Gails face when Jerry was introducing the kids. I think the actress who plays Mel did extremely well for a first episode. And OMG i luved there TV

I think she meant Tracey, not Ms Ford

A nice ********* free Sunday episode.

Are we supposed to dislike the newcomers. If ' Yes', they have succeeded

I wanted Dierdre to tell Claire that Tracey was only her ' temporary friend'

I enjoyed that episode-it moved quite fast, nothing boring.

Dont like The Mortons. Jerry is ok-acting wise. The kids are rubbish. The twins worst. Jodie as Jerrys daughter doesnt seem right-age wise the look really similar....

Tracy a brilliant actress. LOL brilliant!

Mind you I loved Tracy telling Deirdre how Claire could have been a love child-with those glasses!!

Steve, Liam, Paul, Dev, Leanne all good tonight-even Ryan did ok for his 30 seconds. Wonder what the present was!?

They seem ok.. nothing to jump and shout about though. I personally would have preffered a more posh and snobby uper-class family moving into the street, you know, looking down their noses at everybody

Very weird.
He did say it would only be temporary but no mention of where he would move on to ?

I love Sinbad in it already, but I knew I would. The rest of the family seem ok, but it takes a while to get used to their faces.

The twins don't look alike much lol.

Did I miss what Sinbad's job is?

Ooooh potential storyline!
Incest on the street.

Why would a family of so many buy that pokey little house?
Is it a sister house of Eastenders Pats???

They're all Jerry's kids?

Is the grandad his dad or his ex-wifes?

Seems like the Slaters, but with young kids.
