my dual pvr from asda is having problems at the moment its not listing the epg correctly anyone else had any bother with theres ?

epg are very rarelly listed properly, what sort of problems you having?

I have not seen a correct epg yet and i have access to 6 boxes, mine you saying that the tv guides are not much better either.

saying that, i must admit the asda duel clone i bought my dad, at least lists the itv2+1 guide, where as my anytime box and digifusion do not.

like no epg at all or a couple of programs listed

I haven't had that problem on my Digihomes (2), so it obviously is something you need to investigate.

I would re-scan before anything else... and maybe think of some key words to put into a search on this forum, see if anyone else has had the same problem.

Are you viewing the EPG from a 'good' station, like BBC1? That may make a difference, there were recently issues with More4, Film4 on some Muxes (that's a rather vague memory, it was definitely to do with Channel 4's output somehow).

Are you in a good reception area?

quality and strength ok rescanned channels got full epg back ill monitor it for some reason i lost itv2 the other week and a rescan brought that back strange one other pvrs ive had been ok

I've had the same problems since last tuesday although yesterday (Sunday) things seemed to come back to normal.

Tried everything to fix but nothing worked - would have taken back saturday but asda had none in stock.

As I say Sunday looked to be OK not tried yet today. I'm on Bilsdale what transmitter are you on??
