The DHD4000 has a "back" button!

One of the things I like about my friends cable box is the "back" button where you can switch to a channel, and then press back to go back to the channel you were on previously. I find this immensely useful and was dissappointed to find that the DHD4000 didn't have one.

However!! After around 10 months of use just the other day I accidentally found out that if you press the "0" button it allows you to switch between the two tuners - effectively functioning as a back button.

Has anyone else found this undocumented feature or is it in the manual and everyone knew about it except me?

I thought that this was common knowledge. I assume it must be in the manual somewhere.

If it is in the manual it's unusual for me to miss it because I anally read manuals cover to cover when I get a new toy!

The swap feature is mentioned on page 20 with respect to buffering, pausing and recordings. It doesn't seem to specifically mention it with respect to normal use, so I guess I just tried it and found it worked.

I use that all the time, it's an odd feature in that there is no on screen notification of what channel you change to. it also cycles through a playback if you have one, I sometimes watch a recorded programme during ad breaks like this, as you can pause the recording and watch something live.
