I would give Betty a sad and tearful exit, as she is found dead in The back of the Rovers, but she is left with a smile on her face, the who street would turn up at her funeral and pay their respects

true but she is going on 90, so she would be lost with out the show

Suppose so. Don't get me wrong I do like her but she needs to be given a few storylines occasionally. I like the new family, what I've seen so far.

Betty is good. I love her. The actress is doing well to still be going at such an old age!

Aww why would anyone want to get rid of Betty! People would starve without her hotpot!
I do hope that she is written out before Betty dies in real life as I hate when that happens-its not nice for fans of the character who lose such an old fav without a proper goodbye.

I would axe that plank Sean Tully straight away, id make him shamefully leave afer everyone realising what a rubbish friend he is and a horrible person.

He would get insulted and attacked by numerous people including Paul, Liam and Michelle and leave shamefully with his stuff in a taxi never to return again.

If we wanted to take it that far we could have the taxi been involved in an accident and Sean dieng!

That way we would never see his face or hear that voice ever ever again!

I think a new gay character should be brought in

Its enough to put me of Gay characters in soap for life, having to endure that plank in most episodes.
