After Wednesdays episode when he attacked Joe Carter in front of witnesses could he not be sent back to prison ?
Does he forget that as a convicted criminal he is risking his freedom lashing out like that.

Depends if Joe presses charges or not.

he could only get done if Joe pressed charges, which in seeing what Joe is doing he is getting what he deserves, and also seeming that Steve served time that long ago that his license is allready served he would only get done for GBH which would probably carry a maximum sentence of community service or a fine, or both.

If he is still on licence (which I doubt he is) then he could still go back to prison regardless if Carter presses charges or not. The Home Office could revoke his prison licence and call him back to serve the remainder of his prison term.

If he gets done for GBH he'd probably go back inside for it......
