Kyran himself admitted on This Morning yesterday that coming bottom with the judges may have helped him as in previous weeks when he has come top, people haven't voted for him as they didn't think he needed the votes, whereas on Saturday he felt that the audience may have been guided by the judges scores, thereby prompting his fans to vote to save him.”
I thought the judges' votes were very fair: Kyran did seem to have an 'off' night. I think he deserved to win, based on overall performance, though. I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but if I was going to suscribe to a conspiracy theory, I'd say it was more likely that Kyran tried slightly less hard, thinking top marks would do him more harm than good, rather than that the judges had marked him low for the sympathy vote. However, I don't really believe that happened, either. I'm happy with the result. Emily's long run in the contest made me really appreciate the three who were left!
