Now sure of what she's seen Janice (Vicky Entwistle) feels sick as she waits for Leanne (Jane Danson) to re-appear downstairs at the hotel. Spotting her she marches over demanding to know if she's a prostitute. Outside Leanne tries to deny it as a confused Janice heads back to the street. Back at the flat a furious row ensues as Leanne tries to gives reasons for why she does what she does,
claiming she's an escort not a prostitute. Furious Janice throws her out, but is she willing to lose her step daughter all over again?
Peter (Chris Gascoyne) makes another play for Maria (Samia Smith) as he plays on the fact that they've both been called as prosecution witnesses for Tracy's trial. Maria tells him she should be keeping her distance but as she enjoys his flirty banter it's not long before she weakens and invites him round to hers for dinner.
Meanwhile Tracy's (Kate Ford) on edge when she discovers her mum's been talking to Steve (Simon Gregson), Claire (Julia Haworth) and David (Jack P Shepherd) about their evidence. She's even less pleased when she catches Peter chatting up her arch enemy Maria.
With the opening party at the takeaway in full swing Jerry (Michael Starke) works his charms on doubters Roy (David Neilson) and Gail (Helen Worth). Can he win them over?
And Steve and Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) can't believe what a useless golfer Paul (Sean Gallagher) is when he loses the game and his cash in magnificent style.
