Sorry if this has already been discussed BUT has it actually been explained what has happened to the plumber? Is he still in France? Silly me, even thinking that something in Corrie will be explained.....

Ive been wondering this myself! Those months with him in France then she arrives home and hardly mentions him! Was he just used to get rid of her for a while? Now shes back they dont need him! Shame-he seemed decent and they have good chemistry!
Didn't the old producer axe her, so she took up other jobs, then the new producer wanted her back, but they had to give her time off for the other jobs, and this was her exit storyline.

Kind of.
She was axed originally and left via bus after saying goodbye to Fiz. She then returned when a new producer came in, but Vicky Entwistle had already agreed to do panto so she had to leave again.
